Who designs the fabrics for Pretty Aulani products?
The designs are hand drawn and painted by Gail Munzing. They are then expertly transformed to graphic digital files and printed on fabric.
Where are the products made?
Many of the garment product blanks come from China. They are printed in various locations in the US. Most of the tableware and bedding textiles are created in North Carolina.
Where willmy shipment be from?
Many of our products are shipped from within the United States but a few still come from China. As more US print-on-demand manufacturing facilities open up in the US we will move our production to these domestic businesses.

My studio is in my private home which is not open to the public
What is yourre turn policy?
Please take into consideration that our products are made to order. The process begins once you place your individual order online. So please take care in your selections and sizing. That being said, of course, if there is a concern with the item you purchased, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to “making things right” for any issue. Goods purchased may be returned only in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy. A solution for defects will be provided if our company is contacted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Can I cancel my order?
If production on the ordered item has already begun, the order may not be canceled. Please note that several of our suppliers typically begin processing and production within ten minutes of the order entry.
What are the shipping and delivery prices based upon?
We have several shipping options depending on the supplier of your particular order. It is possible that if your order contains items from two different suppliers, each item may be shipped separately. Accurate shipping options will be available in checkout after entering your full address.
