Shipping policy

For personalized items it will be shipped from Pretty Aulani's place of business to the one you provide. Shipping rates will be made through carriers, US Postal, UPS, Fedex ect...for the best rate. Shipping costs will be added to the orginal price of the item plus tax, and paid there by the buyer. For more generally sized and not specifically tailored items from Shopify, Yoycol, Printify and others, returns will be able to be made and shipped back to those companies. Pricing will remain the same as we will accept full payment for the item and shipment then place the order for you.
